Dear Scientists, While many of you may already be heading into a well-deserved summer break, I’d like to draw your attention to three exciting events: I’m especially looking forward to our Day of Research on November 21, which will once again highlight your scientific work at our faculty. It’s a pleasure to announce that Prof. Dr. Martin Lercher will deliver the keynote on “Night Science – the creative side of the scientific process.”
Another exciting highlight this November that you won’t want to miss: On November 12, we will be celebrating the 20th anniversary of our MediMent program. I also warmly invite you to join our UMEΑ Info Session on August 6. Whether you're just curious or already considering an application – this is a great opportunity to get to know the Clinician Scientist Programs, meet the team, and ask any questions you may have in a relaxed setting. We will introduce all Clinician Scientist Programs, including our new UMEA Psychological Scientist Program. Until then, I wish you a relaxing and inspiring summer!
Yours, Prof. Dr. Anke Hinney Vice Dean for Academic Career Support and Diversity |
